I usually wear a size 11 or 12 ring, and I got this one in size 11. It's a little snug, but there's a small gap behind the stone, so it doesn't feel too tight. If I were wearing it alone, size 11 would probably be fine, but if I were stacking it with other rings, I think size 12 would be better.
