Delivery method:
■ Domestic orders (within Japan)
Shipping: Delivered by Yamato Transport or Japan Post.
Once your order is ready to ship, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Showroom pickup: Collection at our Minami Aoyama showroom is also available.

■ International orders
Sent by insured Air Parcel via Japan Post.

Delivery time: Varies by product.
Please check the "Estimated delivery" or lead time shown on each product page.
Shipping fees:
■ Domestic orders (within Japan)
Hokkaido, Okinawa, Kyushu: 700 JPY (incl. tax)
Northern Tohoku: 680 JPY (incl. tax)
Southern Tohoku, Kanto, Hokuriku, Shinetsu, Chubu: 580 JPY (incl. tax)
Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku: 680 JPY (incl. tax)
*Free on orders of 33,000 JPY (incl. tax) or more per delivery. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
■ International orders
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders as a rule, except in the case of a defective item.

International Shipping
Shipping to the US is currently suspended. We plan to resume shipping to the United States in 2027.
We ship to selected countries in Asia, Oceania and Europe. Orders to EU member countries cannot be placed online and are handled by enquiry only, so please contact us before ordering.
