Returns, defective items and cancellations: In the unlikely event that an item is defective, we will check our stock and exchange it for a new or equivalent piece.

After this period we may not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.
■ Domestic orders (within Japan)
Size exchanges are accepted with round-trip shipping costs payable by the customer.

■ International orders
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders as a rule, except in the case of a defective item.
