1. コピー用紙(A4など)を、幅0.5cmほどの細長い帯状に切ります。
2. 手首の骨が出ている部分から、指一本分だけ肘側にずらした場所に巻きます。締め付け過ぎないようご注意ください。
3. 重なった位置に印をつけ、定規で長さを測ります。
