We are excited to announce that we are revamping our point system and introducing new benefits based on your purchase history.

■ New Features

【Benefits based on purchase history】
We will now be offering a small gift at significant milestones in our relationship with you. These gifts will primarily focus on items that help you enjoy your purchases for a long time, such as resizing services or care products. We will contact you individually when you become eligible.

■ Improvements

【Points will be awarded faster】
Previously, points were awarded after the product was shipped. From now on, points will be awarded as soon as your order payment is completed. This means you will receive your points without delay, even for products that require time to create.

■ Changes

【How to use points】
Previously, you specified the number of points to use. In the future, all of your available points will be applied.
If you do not wish to use them, please uncheck the box on the payment screen.

Please note that on the payment screen, it will appear as "Store Credit" in the total amount field, but this refers to your existing points.

■ What Remains Unchanged

・Your current points will be carried over as they are.
・There is no expiration date.
・Points can be used both online and at the showroom.

■ Regarding your relationship since the Gigi era
We will continue to cherish our gratitude to customers who have been with us since the Gigi era. Although only orders from November 2021 onwards are displayed in your My Page order history, we are well aware of your patronage from before then.

■ Important Note
On the day of the change, point accrual and usage may be temporarily suspended.
